Like how you've managed to get a lot of bright vibrant colours on those without it becoming too overwhelming.
Was slightly overwhelmed/disturbed/traumatized by the sight of Bill Cosby(?) waggling his sausage at me.

Cheers mate nice to hear you like it, yep the sausage waggling is a bit err disconcerting.

here's a quick mini im bashing out for a d&d session next week got to smooth the transitions on the metal yet.

Cassar's "i will kill you where you stand" look of total disdain "bashing one out" indeed!

Well you know what with waggling sausages and bashing one out it's all getting a bit rude here :)

Dubious metaphores aside Mar and i are saying in a roundabout way that your banging one out is the equivalent to our slaving over a hot brush for years :) possibly decades in my case. Excellent flesh tones by the way.

Andy;
One thing you NEED to do mate it tidy up the base edges.
You've got tide marks which stand out like mould lines.

Yeah your not wrong there Mike; I taped off the base and painted it and low and behold huge tide marks when I stripped off the masking tape, ah well will sort out before salute.

Sorted out the metal work adding a bit more mid tone and done the gold spot colour and based in the leather. See what you think. Lovely little sculpt from avatars of war, pretty much an underrated company I feel they knock out some smashing stuff from time to time.

Should be done in a couple of days Cassar ;)

Done the leather work and the final gold trim started on the severed head on the back a few more glazes and the base (going to be a fancified gaming base rather than my normal big wooden jobie) and then done; C&C as ever appreciated.

I really love the high contrast on this one. I'm always scarred to push my skin tones that far, but damn it looks so cool with the NMM!

Very nice work! You have a good eye where the highlights and shadows should be placed. :) I would only try to soften your color transitions. Try to blend them with a very dilluted midtone of the appropriate color.

I agree with crackpot maybe you should practice your tones transitions on something LARGER, you know give the public what they want, if you get my drift.

Yeah cassar and milosh I know well Im taking the big boy with me to megazord_mans and will beg borrow steal his airbrush. Get the majority done and have some progress on it at last promise!! Tried a bit of mid tone blending Crackpot will have to see your take on glazing as I tend to do it at the end after all the layering is done; do you do it after each layer has been added?

So heres an up date on the Chaos Marauder C&C everyone please. Going to post on submissions soon might even do a 10 ball and have a go at a squad.

Sorry about the low res used the iphone and photobucket will take some decent photos tomorow
