Cheers moon mini! Been proper poorly last couple of weeks so very little done. However had enough of a break now and also decided its time to push the level a bit as I've stepped of the gas a bit the last month or two so going the whole hog on a couple of chaos chosen minis that have been lying around for a while. Going for the whole black knight bit. Just laid down the main contrasts on the black steel sections. Going to have gold trim and what not on it.

I am beginning to dislike you guys. I would call this mini done at this point as any thing more i would do would ruin it. Yet this is just prep work for what you will be doing with it.

Watcha guys! Urghhh been sick as a dog with flu and then infected sinus very very sore like a constant migraine SO NO PAINTING!!! Seriously just been coming back from work a collapsing, so tonight forced myself to paint something better than nothing and all that. Glazed and chipped the steel (purple and turquoise glazes) and done the gold (normal snakebite leather worked upto white and then glazed with purple in the shadows). Oi Lee do the honours wouldya mate and spin em right side up cheers

A little bit more done on the boy. I'm starting to fall in love with really dark washes on colours to extenuate the shadows (if that's the right word).

looking good. you need to do an all gold one since your gold always looks so good.

Why thank you Mike. Hmm I have a 40k blood Angels mini that would look great all in gold but it is a difficult one I've been putting it off maybe its time to get it out and pain't it up.
