Glad you like it. It's easy to paint a good job when the sculpt is as good as this. I've got to say Black Sun miniatures is fast becoming my favourite company.

Attached him him to a base and painted the skull and hilt of the sword lots of detail work to go like her jewellery etc and other bits and bats.

Went to Euro over the weekend absolutely fantastic time chewing the fat and meeting up with the lads. Did well in the comp with a bronze in the fantasy sci-fi category. The standard was of a very high standard. Megazord mans orc on wolf was outstanding and Conrads cyclops one strike diorama was awesome.

Congratulations for the bronze! Terrific group of pieces I am sure the fight for the award was very very tight if you got bronze.

Well Euromill finished and my new job started. Fuck me it was a shock to the system! Utterly disorganised dept no schemes of work no relevant radiation cert training no analysis ready and fucking awful results the students were very badly let down. I have had to hit the ground running and get it sorted. Fortunately the senior management saw the problem and there was a proper clean out and a whole range of new staff parachuted in. Things are a lot better now but jeez Louise I’m knackered! Been pulling 12 -13 hour days every day.

Any way I have at last started painting something! Nearly a month since I picked up a brush!
