Done some more made a start on the back the storm coat is going to be a glossy black colour when I’ve finished it.

Sweet job Andy really beutiful paintwork- but clearly we have a “MEXICAN STANDOFF” in the 41st milenium- boy history does repeat itself.

Wow long time no post! I’ve been working every hour God sends for the last six weeks and have got no painting in. But I’ve broken up for the big Christmas holidays and my wife and kids are in Hong Kong for the next few days so I have the house to myself. I haven’t had such luxury for over ten years so painting it is! I was worried I’d have got rusty without practice but I’ve really enjoyed painting the space marine head yesterday, I’m happy with the nmm gold.

I’m happy with the head too!!! When this is finished send it over to me personally so I can check it over- you know make sure it’s doneto the best of your ability. I’ll send it back to you I promise.... lololol

Well glad you’re happy with it I am definitely enjoying painting again.

Make the most of your time alone. You can love your family to within an inch of their lives but oh boy is it nice to just sit there and know you can paint and scratch yourself till your heart’s content. The shiny black Commissar coat is fantastic.

Well got a bit more time to paint today so did a bit of free hand and started the shoulders. Had to remove (temporarily) the backpack to get access. Trying to keep it a lot more clean than I usually do.
