Anger Management the DFB Way

Well, just got back from my trip to Golitha Falls and have decided that drivers have a complete lack of respect for pedestrians. I seriously wish I had a sign saying C*** to wave at idiot drivers (please excuse the language any ladies that may be reading this but my temper is aroused). I shouted it a few times but it didn't cause anyone to stop and exit their vehicle for a damn good punch up this time.

Cornwalls countryside is not known for its wide roads, many often one track with passing places. Now the road I walked on to get to Golitha Falls was not bad, plenty of room by Cornish standards so I really fail to see why the moronic dicks that passed me by felt like they had to come with a foot and a half of me. Having been knocked over twice on country roads I can definately say that it wont be third time lucky for whoever hits me. They will be in hospital with tubes coming out their entire bodies if they dont kill me. Now before anyone considers that it may be my fault, it assuredly is not. When walking out this way you always swap from side to side of the road according to the bends and inclines and check behind you to maximise drivers potential to see you clearly. So its not me, its the idiots in cars.

Anyway thats my tip for the day. If you are out walking in the Cornish countryside, paint yourself a sign which says "C***" ( remove those stars of course) - you're gonna need it.

ps photos of Golitha Falls will follow in a more pleasantly toned and relaxing thread.

yeesh - countryside drivers - dont get me started. The town I live in has one of the highest rates for road casualties in japan (and its a pretty countrysidey town. Very countrysidey once you get away from the center of it.) I've been hit myself once, and damn near killed once, too (silly fool went shrieking through a red light in the middle of the night, and had to brake-and-swerve to avoid hitting me and my then-gf at what must've been 50 or 60mph. Left huge great skid marks on the road and my heart in my mouth.) So, aye - wanky drivers can go *insert colourful expression here* themselves.

ps - mind you do post them pics of cornwall. :) I hear it's lovely, and I could use some rural inspiration. I was out in a bamboo forest earlier today, but it's just not the same...
