Yeah he is really angry! Great job, but I would like to see some more shading around the eyebrows to help with making him look even angrier. Right now it seems that his eyebrows are missing something imo.

But.... Beautiful job as always!

terrific work, I really like the blood effects. Lovely characterful face, but as Modo said I suggest you paint on some eye-brows. Any link so I can vote? :)

Excellent Scott, thats one of the most characterfull faces to be seen.
I disagree about the brows,it would pull emphasis from the eyes and subdue the angry look. -> :p

nice work, very characterful and well exicuted with a ton of expression. The only thing I think I would point out is that the arms seem to have very heavy dark-lining, makes the skin there look less realistic, which stands out to me because the face is so realistic. Love this guy :)

He is very excellent, link didn\'t work for me either...

I\'m not to crazy about the hair, but the way he looks, I\'m not going to mention it to him!!

I think some hair on the arms would help break up that area more, and add some interest.

Still uber cool!

OOO angry!

Like it, did you use the grey primer on this one? If you did, did it work as well as we suspected it would???

Hows the back ? lol

Yup, grey primer. It\'s very nice to work with - very flat and neutral.

The blood is just red ink mixed with a touch of chestnut. Build it up in vague \'smeary\' areas, then add drips/splodges and finally spatter it with a small, stiff bristled brush. For older, dryer looking blood, add more chestnut :)

The back is improving, but I nearly fubar\'d it again painting all these minis. Feel like a right doddery old fart.

Need a desk.:(

I saw that too...

@avicenna

I was very impressed by many of their line of minis, especially the one you pointed out.

@spacemunkie and donga666, I\'m becoming a convert to the grey primer. Much easier for me to see the detail on a mini once primed as opposed to a stark white or black one....

They are starting to produce some really good stuff now. This last batch was a massive jump in terms of sculpt/cast quality as well as the size/chunkiness of the models. They have some superb ideas, and are starting to get to grips with realising them on a smaller scale I think!

They are apparently looking to produce some 90mm figs, as well as some 12\" ones! Hope I get some of those babies to paint!!!

Another 18 of the newer greens are in the process of being moulded up....:)

I like the paint job, but I\'m not so hot on the figure itself. Still, very nice work.

Myself, I\'m going to have to put in an order for some of them here in the near future (well, honestly, I\'ve got to paint some and THEN I can get some) as I really enjoy the look of many of their miniatures.

BTW SM, when are you going to put up some of those new resin bases you were talking about at one time? I\'m about ready to put in another order with you but I want to see some of the NEW stuff.

:)
