after browsing through recent posts and threads, may i make a suggestion/observation...

instead of posting 10-20 minis at the same time, try to stagger them out a bit...here\'s why: i\'ve noticed, while sitting down for a \"voting session\" that i\'ll start getting the same poster\'s submissions over and over, because of the new \"under50votes\" program. even when viewing really good painters, this can get annoying, and lead to irritation votes. but when the pictures and/or paintjobs are bad, and i have to look at and vote on 20 of them before i can move on, well, that\'s just frustrating...

so folks, post a couple one day, wait a day or two, then post a couple more....

any thoughts? forgive me for the rant?

Totally agree. While I understand the desire to show off all your newly painted Figures. It becomes too much like Christmas turkey on the 29th of December. You just get to a point where you want to say \"Enough\", and you start to ignore the rest.
If the poster is a newby looking for comments, saturation posting is one sure way of dulling interest.
Far better to post a couple of figures, preferably different and ask for comments. That way your chances of getting positive feedback or suggestions goes WAY up!

I take this not as a rant, but as a thoughtful suggestion and I, too, couldn\'t agree more.:)

The unfortunate thing is, all too often the offenders are not the same peopel that frequent and read the forums :(

Couldn\'t agree more, except for JohnnyKS, Goatman, and the like. They can post as many as they want ;)

Good point, while I am always inspired by their work... it can get a little depressing when I know I can\'t compete with them.... Not yet anyway;)

yeah, that\'s probly another topic: all the great ideas/suggestions/etc here get read by about 2% of the people who post ha ha....
