reworked face and almost every aspect of the model

I worked with mohand on it today, as he is in nyc and gave me some tips, and i'm very happy with it

Hi Crazyboy, the beard is looking great, almost overwhelms those blue gems which I suspect could do with a touch of black for max contrast. Rear view, it looks as though some orange hair colour has run down the folds in the cloak. Complimentary colour shading or just a weird photography thing?

it only looks like a club at the moment, i lost the axe head :/ so im making it a ball and chain.
as for the base, its going to be cobblestone steps he will be on the top platform and runes will be engraved in the ground on that top platform

yay new model, did alot of work on it today, im happy with it, i primed it white which i havnt done to a model in a long time, and i went for the high contrast feel.
let me know how you guys like it or think its coming along

I really like the variation you get in your shading. I really liked the dwarf's beard and the gems, so I can't wait to see what you do with this one.

I missed the dwarf on it's first post, very cool. Second model is very nice, I really like the armour fading to orange. I think his stubble colour is a bit too orangey or is it just my monitor? Looking cool.

there is deffinatly alot of orange in him. highlighting the red, it wasnt enough just going from red to white, but im still playing with the armor alot trying to boost contrast and smoothen blends, so im not sure how it will look. this stage is just for contrast and color base, then i will work on it alot to make it better

I LOVE all but the beard stubble, it looks odd. But it may be my monitor. Anyway, a great start, your stuff is always amazing. I can't wait to see it finished. And the Dwarf is awesome!

well, been a couple of months. buuuuut here is the model now finished, (besides base and my ususal compulsive toutch ups.) I am not sensitive to criticism so please help me get this model better and better. let me know what you guys think.
taking pictures was not easy... still with my iphone, however it does enough to see whats going on here.

base coming in the next week or so. I have a sick idea!
