Any idea on what colour?

Hi all,

was browsing through the gallery and found some of ManU26's Tau and Space Marine minis.

Wondering if any have a suggestions as to what the actual colours may be or their nearest match?

The camo really works well.

Why not PM them and ask? Most painters keep track of what colors they have used

I'll give that a go though I don't believe he's been active for a couple of years.

Ah yes that could be a problem. Looks too me like the old scorched brown as a base and then maybe the old calthan brown with highlights on up to snakebite leather. Those are all citadel colors from the old range of paints. I guess the newer alternatives would be rhinox hide and mournfang brown (maybe xv-88 as well). I'm sure others will chime in with paints from other companies too...
