Anybody know anything about these? They're monsters from the Wizardry series of computer games (an old 1st-person D&D knockoff, published by Sir-Tech Software, that was popular in the 80s-90s, especially in Japan.)

They look to be original sculpts, but I'd like to know if they were mass produced if anybody knows.
The creatures, are, to the best of my knowledge:
1) Sidelle
2) T'ien Lung
3) Zombie Dragon
4) Gas Dragon
5) Greater Demon
6) Black Dragon
7) L'kbreth
