Unfortunately it's a Rackham figure, which are out of production. You may still be able to find one on Ebay or, if you post in the "Trading Post" section of this forum maybe you can find someone who's willing to sell it.

The original figure is from "Royal Standard Bearer" from the Lions of Alahan faction.

Did a quick search, looks like it's available on ebay but it's not cheap! You may have better luck finding a reasonable price in the trading post section of this forum. But, if you really want the piece, this is one way to get it

On the bright side, this looks like a legitimate version of the figure and not a recast

not likely considering the rarity of that figure. $35 is a pretty decent price for it.

Then again sometimes there are great prices in the eu ebay-s (especially .fr and .it) for conf figures.
