Anybody use sculpty sculpt?

This ceramic/clay material, scultpty, comes in a green box, seems more workable than greensuff, although you need to put it in the over for 15 min in order for it to harden. Works great for bases though. Just wondering if anyone else has used it.

Yup. I have used it for many things.

It is very easy to overbake though. It is a bit harder to make very fine details with it, some folks prefer \'super sculpey\', which I believe ends up a bit harder.


See James\' (wappelious) thread about his Celtos Monster he made (he used all sculpey products). It is fantastic.

I mix super sculpey with fimo sometimes, its nice to work with.

Experiment with baking times rather than trusting the packet instructions though
