Anyone know/have the limited GW \"golden\" demon model/statue?

I remember seeing it a couple years ago on ebay.

It looked more like the heresy tyrant of hell (no wings though)...LONG curved horns.

it was some special edition model.

Anyone know, have it?

If you mean the second from the left (Rogue Demon), I\'ve got one... try searching CMON for Sabbath999\'s rogue demon... I still haven\'t painted mine. PM me if you\'d like to know something about it.

Fromthe few times we have spoken on the phone, Jeff (DFD) does know me quite well

I DID want it...until I saw it at that site.

It looks ok but for some reason, I was imagining something much more detailed, etc (like a FW bloodthirster)...

p.s we have a new all time low score if I am not mistaken, 1.6.

edit / nope, it\'s at 2.1 now. Who the hell is scoring these things above 1? It\'s unassembled and unpainted. He must be getting marks for photography or something.

The Demon painting figure appears on ebay quite regularly. A seller from Brazil often sells them whether they are recasts or not I am not sure?

If its a seller from Brazil, you can almost bet its a recast. Theres a huge amount of Piracy going on right now out of Btazil and other South American countries. They have even been so bold as to advertise and post \"Their\" so called lines of figures on The Miniatures page and they are obvious bootlegs. Scum :cussing:

Right, especially with \"special occasion minis\" like the Rogue Demon, which, afaik, is only given out for painting competitions and the like. Hence the big brush, get it?
Oh, and the mini is 6,5 cm with base, and as it is supposed to be a trophy thingy, I like the fact that it doesn\'t overflow with details...

Man all the trophies I did this summmer for Privateer Press and here I could of just left them unpainted lol

The Rogue Demon was given out as a house trophy from a particular store. I did see a pic of it in White Dwarf, but again, it was advertising the store. I really doubt that it was an official GW piece.
