Anyone know of a good miniature to use as a basis for this art: D&D Mephistopheles

that is the version. in terms of size, mephisto is supposed to be 9-10 ft tall so not quite twice the height of a regular figure. Although if there's a good choice, taller is fine.
Been looking for muscular male models, ideally with no armour, etc. Open arms would mean less resculpting
I was thinking of the GW Slaughterpriest but that would need tons of resculpting on the muscles.
Also, some of the Mierce barbarians (maybe a bit too bulky).
The head i think would need to sculpt i think...same with lower body/cape and flowing robes, etc .
Wings not sure if using another models wings or trying to sculpt my own would be better.
Was thiking maybe Shaetann as a base but its expensive to get one (and i already painted mine up ... )
