Arcadia Quest: Inferno lit a fire under me to resume work on the card generator I started last year.

Some of the image placement is off, but it's in a place where you can play with it at least.


The fonts are on a 30-day trial, so there's a banner at the top, once the trial's up I'll purchase a license.


I'm using licensed Highlander fonts for the body text, unfortunately the official Hero/Monster/Quest title font is Litterata, which is not available for license as a web font, and the desktop license is $120... and I already will be shelling out $70 for Highlander as it is.

Just something I threw together last night.
Use a character with transparent background for the image.
Not the actual fonts, but I found some free ones that were similar.

Awesome! FYI: The number and card fonts are free, where the name font is not. So if you wanted to mesh fonts, you could. Very sweet tool!

The fonts for the card txt and numbers is:
itc-highlander-lt-book and itc-highlander-lt-bold

I would love to see one for monster cards!

Added one for monster cards - just one level for now.

ITC Highlander isn't a free font, it's $29 (per variant) to license.
It might be floating around on some sites for free, but it's not a free font.

I'm completely redoing the hero generator to use canvas instead of css, so they can be more easily saved as images.

If you use chrome you can right-click and save as image after creating a card.

Coming soon:
- monsters
- share cards via URL
- convert canvas to img
- save card data to localstorage

Quest/Loot cards would be useful for people making custom campaigns as they will need both custom quest cards and 2 pieces of 'quest loot' per quest.

What about adding an option for crit symbols? Many abilities are based on rolling crits.
