Got to say that I got great service from them recently. Two Rackham figures and plenty of good clear communication.

I had problems with them around Easter time & posted a comment here! It took 4 emails & an unanswered phone message for them to come back & let me know that the shipment had not come in!
I can understand it if the supplier lets them down but their communication is poor, they shopuld let you know.
Hopefully you will get the figure soon, has the payment gone through?

I always had a strong look on communication when i was working in an independant retailer as my boss wouldnt contact people if stuff was out of stock or to say sorry they will be a bit late.I always ended up mopping the situations up.
