Harley is almost done, then onto a quick little job for digga. Just some quick vids on how to get table top minis done quickly. After that the steam punk leia bust for a mini exchange with moe.
don't. it will make you fed up with the bust at one point and will leave it half-finished.but I've gotten a bit bogged down with technicalities and trying to be perfect.
You sure that for a fun project you want to paint something with so many details on it? Love the Nurgle Lord but man so many details to be done.
Better have it painted not-so-perfect, than halfway and put in a box.

I have that very same problem! xP Always trying a compromise between my hapiness and my learning satisfaction
@Archarad that mini looks a bit overdetailed (like most of gw stuff) but it could be very nice.... have fun and let your brushes go! <-- wish i could do it but i am most of the time blocked.
nice start ArchArad, purple and red washes can help make the flesh look bruised and distressed and mixing green into the flesh tone can give a good dead flesh look
You read my mind! *Twilight Zone theme music swells* That's part of what I want to play with next. Just being good and letting paint dry properly before washing.
Sounds like you need a travel sized hair dryer. Letting paint dry... Pfft! I have no time for that!!!!
Nice start, I am happy to hear you having fun.
Thanks Teronus- I'm having a blast creating creepy putrid flesh.
