Are Orders 'separated' from the source after declaration?

After order is declared, is it still linked to the source that declared it?


example:


player A controls Tywin NCU
player B control a unit with any 'start of a turn' order that can be legaly declared


player A declares Tywin ncu
player B declares the use of mentioned order


resolving from Tywin, removing abilities from the unit controlling the declared order, abilities are lost for a round
does player B declared order pops off or its wasted?

I would believe that the order would not be able to go off. If the unit loses its Abilities, Orders are an Ability (albeit a special kind) so will be lost before it can be used.
