I just got photos back from the foundry. My dragon lives at last.
The detail is insane. I'm not sure that I will do leaf scales on the next one.
I did the facial scales with a binocular microscope.
Casting Wizard Steve Funke did the metal slinging at his shop in Kalispel.

I'm afraid I don't have bigger pictures yet. Steve the foundry guy took these.

Right now the first seven copies of Arphaxad are being shipped to me from Kalispell

Arphaxad is 240 mm tall from base to wing tip and nearly 300 mm long from nose to tail.
