The deadline of the August 2007 Art Contest is approaching rapidly. Entries must be submitted by Saturday September 8, 2007. The winner will receive $50 in Black Orc Games product. A winner under each subject will receive a complimentary fig. To date we have received 8 entries. Thank you to all who have participated. Make sure to rate the entries so that your voice will be heard in the judging.
The approach we take to deciding the winners is to have a group of judges – at times 20+ - give their opinion on which ones should be the winner. We then use the Internet voting as an additional judge. We do not exclusively use the web voting in the judging process. We have made every effort to make the Internet voting valid but there are always methods to manipulate the ratings. That is the reason it is not the only method we use in determining the winners.
