Wow, that certainly has set the bar high, but you only get better by pushing yourself harder and playing football with the bigger boys, so count me in again!

Got a Christmas theme in mind too!

(I did originally write playing with the bigger boys but on a 2nd read it looked SOOOO wrong!)lol

I suppose Darin\'s dwarf is ok. I\'m tired of seeing it as the highlight photo every day, so I\'ve thrown my hat into the ring as well. No Christmas mini for me, unfortunately.

my comment about Darin\'s dwarf figure is pure sarcasm, btw. I think it is great.

Heh yeah I was getting tired of it too...

My entry will be winter themed anyhow, though nothing as extravagant as your demon wench or Darin\'s dwarf :) In fact, so far, I have used only 4 colors including white, and I may need to add a 5th (black or a dark grey)... Interesting lesson.

Yeah, sorry about the lack of the Christmas theme, Glyn. I\'d posted my entry before seeing that you wanted themed figs. But honestly, I\'d have never have made a themed contest unless given six months advance notice. So, figure I\'ll prep a Christmas mini for NEXT December\'s GT. kk? lol

And Phil -- :moon:

:D

Just entered a HF Dwarf, even though the pictures turned out a little dark. Couldn\'t manage a Christmas theme, but you could just think of him as one of Santa\'s little helpers ;)

I doubt I will get mine done in time, what with real life getting in the way and me having an operation tomorrow and the deadline 6 days away!

I can however post a WIP, this would have been my entry. \'\'santa claws!\'\'

The idea was to cut into a christmas tree bauble, and have it look like he had just slashed his way free (hence the tank legs being used) I had intended to do a nmm imperial eagle on the bauble and a scroll with \'merry christmas\' wrote on it.

The red is a lot neater, and more highlighted IRL, and it does not have a \'texturey\' look to it.

I still intend to finish him and have a cool xmas decoration, but won\'t be in time for the competition I\'m afraid:(

Oh well, at leats the thought, intention and some effort was there! ( I was hoping top score points on doing a themed mini too!)

Will be sure to vote on the others though!

That is a cool Xmas decoration, and a great idea, I\'m sorry you won\'t be able to enter him, but once you get him finished you\'ll be able to enjoy him on your tree for years to come.

Oh yeah! That is cool :) Maybe you can enter him in January anyways!!

Nearly doen my little entry. Nothing nearly as grandiose as the Giant LOL. Maybe I can finish tonight.

Remember folks, it doesn\'t have to be an xmas or winter themed entry, but a few for the season is always nice!

I\'m just about to post my entry, I had a devil of a time finding where to stick it. You\'d think I\'d remember having entered for the third month in a row...

I don\'t even remember to vote either.

Oh well the point was to try and pass on some tips or something...

Commented and voted. And voting was definitely not easy. I\'d have liked to have voted for five, and I consider each of the three I was able to vote for equally worthy of first place. Way to paint everyone!

And the winner is.....

For the second month in a row, Cheeba has beaten out some other fantastic entries to win the Golden Toadstool. His Warrior Priest of Sigmar is absolutely fantastic!

Thank you to everyone who has entered and voted!
