fantastic article tony. there are some washes you used that i wouldn't have thought of. a good read and definatley some ideas i will use at some stage.

great work with the nmm at the armour but what did you do at the blade? I think a normal nmm without so much red will looks better. The blade destroys the complete look of the mini ... so a 10 for the armour and a 7 for the blade. and a 9 for the article :)

fantastic.....simple and easy to understand....always wondered how to do that armou effect..1 question how thin are the super thin scaly washes ??

The paragraphing could use some work, but a nice tute. Great end result too! I don't actually like the figure much, I prefer the base!! But lovely paint job on both!

Excellent mini and article. The color mixes definately help get an idea on what colors to use for armour. Do another one!
