Please rember all that the US doesn\'t have a very used rail system as does Europe (distances and all) everyone flies which is quick but expencive. GW has 4 GD in the U.S. right? Baltimore east coast, Alanta south east coast, Chicago midwest, and LA west coast. this covers most of the US (although one in Texas I think would be a good idea). And as was stated in earlier post we\'re talken 500 or so bucks for one day of geeky goodnes

Now if GW or someone would do something like they have done up here in Minneapolis and run a bus from some of the larger cities around the GD (say 750 miles or so) and charge a small amount (here it has been something like $30 for the bus and $40 for the ticket in) It would draw more people. Remeber Games Day is NOT based around the idea of the Golden Deamons, it\'s to draw new people in the hobby, and to get GW\'s cold money grumbing fingers in to wallets of poor unspecting parents

Now don\'t get me wrong the GD is part of that draw and is a major part of whole thing, but GW is just trying to sell its shineys, nothing more nothing less. Not sure if any of this makes sence ??? lets see, more GD in the right cities, good. GD not about super well painted minis (big part) but selling stuff.
Not that I wish that the painting/painters go bye bye, for someday, someday I will get me one of those things, and have to figger how to get the sword on the flight home. That should be fun...
