Flagging was introduced by my predecessor when a load of new guys signed up and then never bothered to look at the thread again. All it's meant to do is make sure that people actually get their minis. If the flagged guy doesn't send by a certain time then they are skipped and their sender sends to the person the skipped guy was meant to be sending to.
And yes a box set is fine as long as it has more than one mini in it.

Taggi, I think you're over complicating things 
You get sent two mini's, these could be anything, you get two incase you don't like the first one and hopefully will like the 2nd. You're not going to be forced to paint anything you get, so if you don't like anything you get, then send it all on in the next ME.

I had a PM from Chern with a fantastic suggestion to ask everyone participating in the ME to subscribe to the thread, that way you won't miss any important information. I'll add it to the rules for next time round.
As for not wanting certain things, you need to contact the person sending to you and the person who will be receiving your minis anyway so I'm sure they'll oblige if you request that they don't send you any tanks or whatever. I always ask my recipient if there is anything in particular that they would or wouldn't like. I can't remember an instance of anyone getting a vehicle kit out of ME but I'm sure there's a first time for everything. Also if you don't like what you get there's always ME24.

OK, this is the PROVISIONAL list. I've tried to jumble things about as much as possible but if you spot any mistakes or you've ended up sending/receiving from someone you've had in recent MEs please let me know and I'll do some more re-jigging. The list will go live on or about the 1st March so keep checking back to see what's what.
If you have been flagged (as it's your first ME) I'd appreciate it if you could get in contact with your recipient as soon as possible instead of waiting for the list to go final. You don't need to give your address etc. but please chime in and say hello so we know you're on the case. In the interests of expediting the exchange you may be skipped if you haven't contacted them within a week of the list going live (i.e. by the 8th March). I know that's a bit harsh but it's meant to stop people signing up on a whim and then forgetting all about it.
Anyway here's the list. As usual you send to the person below you and receive minis from the person above you.
*IMPORTANT* Please do NOT send anything until the list goes final as it is liable to change during the week.
