Article: Model Photography

Great! I've GOT to get serious about that aspect of it all. One's a fool to think that one's photography isn't being judged when folks vote on their minis

Try halogen bulbs instead of the "reveal" . They cost a little more, but the spectrum of the light is much better.

Reveals are just incandesent bulbs with a blue tint to was out the yellow that incandesent is so noted for.

Great article! I haven't taken any pics of my models yet and this just about gives me the guts to try it. Thanks for keeping it simple and cost effective.

Pretty good system for indoor photos, its ALWAYS better to use natural light if you can though. Although avoid direct overhead sunlight as it casts nasty shadows, you want the sun behind the camera 20 degrees to either side for ideal lighting. late afternoon or early morning sun is best, when the old fiery orb is low. (Pro photographer BTW)

Excelent how to article. Especially on the how to do it cheap.
I was thinking of writing something remarkably similar as I employ a like set up, but you saved me the trouble.
Too bad more folks on here haven't read this.
