Not sure of the reasoning there.

Some sort of bug that does it, I\'ve seen it happen before, usually when news is submitted without a Forum post (the forum post is created automatically)

A news post isn\'t considered a \"post\"... so if he\'s never posted in the forums his post count is \"0\". Which defaults him to the Administrator title, don\'t ask me why... that\'s just the way its built lol
