This was a real pleasure to read. Lots of information that can be used for more than horses. Great attention to detail.
Might have to get some cavalry minis now to experiment.

Thank you so much, CF. I'm glad you enjoyed the article and found it helpful. For a fun and interesting venture, I'm starting a WIP of Pegaso's Roaming Knight. I had a poll going on the forums for people to vote on the horse's color to be covered in the article series. Thanks commsbyte! I'm glad you found it helpful. Join in the fun! I have my WIP thread going with another horse and a knight. We are now painting with pigments.

This article has been extremely useful! I'm wondering if you've ever used Tamiya Colour acrylics? I'm curious if Liquitex retarder would work with it!
