Good article. A point to note: Foam brushes are like Polystrene Tiles and melt with any type of solvent except White spirits.
I usually try to use "Nitromors" on any figure I've tried to strip, but that's cos I get impatient. Leaving mini's in a jar for two weeks...I'm impressed. Do you have a URL for Klean-Strip so we in the UK can track it down?

Just used this stuff to strip a bunch of Space Marine equipment I wanted to repaint. Totally removed everything from 3 land speeders, 1 razorback and a couple scenery pieces in about 1 hour total time. Took off the paint and even the primer better than anything I had used before, even in the little nooks and cranny's. No harm to the plastic that I could notice either. Thanks for the info!

This stuff is amazing. i was impatiant so i took an old tooth brush to the minis as well. wow. paint came off in a day! WARNING!!! not all Klean strip is good for plastics. the stuff i used i was a little curiouse so i threw in an extra IG arm. it pretty much ate it away. looks kinda cool to me. kinda like an acid thigy got to it. but try to keep klean-strip to your metals.
I'm currently testing this stuff on some Ralidium based minis (old Ral Partha) I got "second hand". I'm not sure what kind of paint the previous owners tried using, but after 4 days sitting in the Clean Strip, they still have a ways to go before they are ready. The paint is still gobbed on in even some of the smoothest parts of the mini (not recessed, but right on the surface)

I use HOPPE’S Famous No.9 GUN CLEANER. You can buy it at Walmart or any gun shop. It works pretty much in the same way, but takes a couple hours. If you do try it, be careful not to use it on old miniatures (it dissolves lead) and don't leave the mini in it for longer than a day.

I cannot find this product, but did find the Brush Cleaner, and it does not work as well for me.

Great review, the company link unfortunaly takes you to a site that does not contain this particular product but a whole bunch of other strippers, Still no idea where to get it in the UK
