Asmodee Sarrazins Starter Box [update 14/02/09]

Hi all,
I started to paint the Sarrasin starter box for Helldorado as comission work for our local hobby store and the upcoming demo games.

The mini is a bit shiny, because I had already sealed it, when I took the mini. I wanted to add a more impressing base, but the customer wanted ash wastes, fitting to the demo table.
This was also one of my first minis on which I tried NMM and tried to focus on a limited color range on the clothes.

Looking good, nmm works nicely. It seems the fabric is missing the final highlight at some places. The glossyness needs to go, for picture taking anyway.

Thx for the comment, GreenOne. I am trying to work with more than three layers of paint.

This was the next mini of the Sarrasins Starter Box after the Hashishin and and I was enjoying the paint job!. This time I took the picture, before I sealed the mini . I hope you like it more. The blade is similar to both blades of the Hashishin. The paint of the emirs cloak was strongly thinned (as far as thought) but I guess I could have done more thinning. Nevertheless I\'m quite satisfied with the result.

I tried to increas the size of the pic, but photobucket reduced the size again

they will look good on the customer\'s game table...

i had the same problem as you with photobucket resizing collages...
i now host my collages in the gallery at dakkadakka.com...
it links fullsize to the gallery and the forums here...
try it out...

dakkadakka is a bit cooler for mini pics in my opinion, as it\'s a gamer site, so your pics will get more appreciation...
