Attachments and Unit Destroyed Points

I have a few questions about who and how many points are gained when attachments are destroyed in certain scenarios.

1. Player A brings a unit that attaches to an enemy unit (Lannister Turn Coat, Stark Jaqen H’ghar Mysterious Prisonier). If Player A destroys that unit do they gain the UD points for that attachment or does Player B as it was a friendly model?

2. Player A brings a unit with adaptive and an attachment. They then use an ability to move that attachment (Free Folk Regroup and Reform, Baratheon Inexplicable Return) to a unit without adaptive. If this new unit is destroyed how many points is the attachment worth?

3. Player A uses Jaqen H’ghar Unnamed’s order Taking a New Name. Does Player B gain 1 UD point for the destroyed attachment, and if the new attachment is worth more points than Jaqen H’ghar will the unit now be worth more UD points?

4. If you kill an enemy attachment with Expert Dualist, but do not destroy the unit do you gain UD points for the attachment? If you used Expert Dualist to kill an enemy attachment and do destroy the unit do you gain UD points for the attachment?

5. If Player A uses Take the Black to take a destroyed enemy attachment do they still gain UD points for that attachment? If Player B destroys the unit that played Take the Black who, if anyone, gains the points for the destroyed attachment taken with Take the Black?

1. The only time checking for points is relevant is for the tertiary tie-breaker for Tournament Games and some specific Game Modes (Here We Stand, for example). The Tournament Document specifies points of Destroyed Enemies (eg, friendly attachments added to the unit are not included). For any other cases, you need to check the specific rule in question. If it only accounts for total cost of the unit, then anything modifying its points counts.

2. The unit is worth whatever points it is in total after any modifying rules would be applied. In this specific scenario, if relevant, the unit would be worth its cost + attachment cost, as it does not have Adaptive.

3. Jaqen becomes a copy of the Attachment. If its cost becomes relevant during the game then its factored in.

4. Again the only time this would become relevant is for tiertiery tie-breakers, which also only care about "Total Points of Destroyed Enemies". It doesn't individually factor Combat Units, Non-Combat Units, Attachments, etc., only what was destroyed.

5. The attachment is still destroyed for all purposes.

In general, I once more want to stress that, primarily, the only time points of destroyed units become relevant is for the tertiary tie-breaker in Tournament Games and some very specific Game Mode interactions.

Thank you for the response. I am still somewhat confused however on the answers for 1 and 4. Yes both of these pertain to the tertiary tie breaker of Unit Destroyed points, and are these points simply just added up at the end of the game of all enemy units, attachments and NCU’s that may have been destroyed throughout the game no matter what destroyed them? If so for the example of question 5 would you count the attachment taken via Take the Black as the Nights Watch players attachment or count it as the player who originally brought the unit?

Tertiary points are only calculated and factored at the end of the game, and destroyed, by any method (whether it was yours, your opponents, or nothing) count. Scoring does not say "That you destroyed", it only states "Enemy Points Destroyed".
