Auction credit function working properly?

Help to any mod/support staff...

I currently have 3 auctions going that I had featured through CMON and the credits were deducted. This was on Thurs feb 14. Currently when I view the status of the auctions under the "my pictures" heading it says "auction is featured" in red letters and next to it a counter that reads "Auction has been shown zero times".

Can I get some help? Not sure that the feature is working correctly. Traffic to the eBay auctions is way down vs. what it typically would be with the cmon advertising.

No. I facebook'd Chern and then put in a message to the CMON shop admin and got an auto eReply with a complaint number or something official. But no actual human response or solution yet. Help me Sven! Sweden is my last, best, ONLY hope!

Any news on this? I'd like to post some new auctions but I need to know if this was fixed on the CMON end, if it was user error, and if I can get my spent auction credits back? Help a kid out!
