Well I just found out i didn\'t place :no:, but it wasn\'t really surprising as i saw Glen\'s Terminator Chaplain at the regional’s and a bloody good paint job it was to.
To everyone who entered thanks for giving us a great first taste of a national comp. Heaps of luck for next year.

We weren\'t allowed to take pics on the day, but Bryan Cook took pics of all the winners and some of the runners up, and these will appear in WD at some time.

Like Numbat said, he\'s collecting pics to go up at Ozpainters, so your best bet for pics is there.

Sounds like it was a good day. Did the painter\'s table happen? Any pics of your entries Trevor? How about a pic of the finished bike Quaylman?

The LOTR categories seemed to be heavily contested this year and WFB Single was very tough even at the Regional level. Hopefully there is a next year, and I can extract a digit.

Glens mini was really cool, just like something out of the BT codex. I really liked it. the mini must have been about 6\" from what I remember. It was soooo tall.

I really liked Sebastians Arragon, looked like a little person and gobbo blood on the sword was just plain cool!

A great day all up. The painting table did happen, but It was mostly just looking at other peoples minis :drool:

Thanks for the kind words. I have to say that i was lucky enough to be at the finals this year, and i did think that your troll was going to get a place, and was surprised when it didn\'t. It is definitly one of the miniatures that i came out of the event with it stuck in my mind as one of the great models in the competition.
