Yep a few times Never a Problem.

Many times, the bastards keep releasing fantastic new models right after I order so I'm forced to reorder! Never had a single problem with them (although once I was sent the wrong figure and within a few hours of pointing it out the right one had been sent free of charge), highly recommended.

Nearly 3 weeks into order and still nothing has arrived, not once have they sent me an order update, well unless
I put myself out and have asked for one.

Dare I say I am not impressed at all.

Yes I have contacted them, they have only given me order updates if I have asked for them.

Thing is I should not have to chase them.

If they have problems as a company, then a note on their site would be a good idea I
would have thought regarding delays.

My money will be spent elswhere in future.

Postage I assume, least that is what I am being told, posted a week ago.

I know they are in Spain and to the UK is 1hr by plane. I have had things from further away
arrive quicker.
