ok people, now that we are in the familiar surroundings of the CMON forums, I was hoping people could remind me of who i met... I am not even gonna start the list of people who i can remember as i dont want people to be offended if i forget them! The CMON crowd was large and filled a small room in the pub!

Although there are 2 people who mgiht kill me if i dont mention them... I remember meeting with 2 of the (in)famous 5... Toosh and Tammy

lol Tomato Ketchup! That was so funny! lol I was there, between Tammy and Mike. Ian (Confessor Townsend on here) was sitting opposite. We were the ones with the huge plate of food! ;).

I missed you all - meh!

Having never been before, I went to the Warhammer Seminar at 12:00 and when I came out it was 12:45 (I\'d no idea it would be so long). When I got to the information point, of course all you birds had flown, so apologies to all.

I did however walk past Tooshy (I think) in the main hall and I\'m positive Peter walked past me looking thoroughly aghast at how long the queue to register was.

Damn queuing! That\'s all I remember of the day... that and all the jumped up little twerps telling me most brusqely where I could and couldn\'t go. Obviously recent graduates from the Noel Gallagher Charm Academy

That sounds about right! I was a little frustrated about being sent round and round and round in circles trying to find the place to enter!

Nice to see you...

I enjoyed the meet up the venue was excellent (the pub NOT the NIA).
My biggest gripe however was not the children or the smell and maybe not even the crowds, but the lighting in the Golden Demons room and the cabinets everthing looked very washed out and dark maybe it was my eye\'s but surely they could work out something better?

I could start an art argument but you don\'t expect that kind of lighting in a gallery and do the judges judge under those conditions

I should have called out to you in some bad English-melodrama kind of way ie \"Ah, there you are Peter\" and you could have joined me in the queue.
I wasn\'t at the front by any stretch of the imagination....but I was also nowhere near the back. That thing went on for miles...

I was quite near the front of the Golden Demon entrants queue, and met up with Steve early on. Still was waiting for an hour before they let us in though! :(

Ner, ner, ner ner, ner!!!!

Well....I expected Peter to get in waaaay before I did \'cos he had a GD entry, but the fickle hand of fate touched my shoulder and I was sat in the main hall at 8.30 :D :D Didn\'t meet up with Peter and Rich till almost 10am.

It was fun when they opened the show though - lots of people high up in the stands, waiting to be told they could come down. I waited, poised on the starting blocks...... then the word was given and a blurred figure in pink hurled herself across the arena and got all her purchases done before 10am!! Job done!

You forgot Koen(minator), Jasper (who went away with the diorama gold), Margo and me (Ramon) were also at the pub...

Twas fun indeed.

Yeah, I was there as well. I didn\'t get a chance to speak to most of you but then I don\'t visit this forum that often so most of you I didn\'t know anyway. I did talk a little while with Margo (I was the guy next to the guy on your left at the table) and Greymane.
It was a nice lunch, I had a good time.

Hey, nice meeting you guys, even tho i didn\'t get to talk with that many up my end of the snug... Didnt even know there was a \'ketchup cockup\'lolPerhaps we should all move around one place every ten minutes next time.

It was mission accomplished as far as i was concerned. Both my entries got finalist certificates. That\'ll do for me.
p.s. I was the guy with the receeding hailine, wearing glasses and supping guinness.:D

got some pic\'s not had time to play with \'em yet, they\'re a bit big to put straight on here from the camera
..I\'m thinking about going up on the saturday & staying over next year...

The ketchup story

ok... so I am sitting there Dragonsreach one side, and TooShy the other, with a plate of chips and a burger in front of me. After a mouthful of burger i realised it was a little dry and could do with some ketchup, so i grab the bottle and shake it vigorously. Taking the cap off i try to deposite a small blob of sauce on my burger...

nothing.

I pat the bottle on the end...

nothing.

Dragonsreach steps in and kindly suggests that I am likely to spread ketchup all over the room. So I look around for someone to come to my aid and rescue me from my dilemma and who do i see but TooShy, smiling down at me. She reaches for the bottle and i bow graciously and hand it to her. She turns it over, and...

*pat, pat, pat*

*BOOM*
