I had an old Ral Partha dragon that the wings just would NOT stay on no matter how much glue I tried to use.

The most annoying one was a Dragon Prince - first it chipped, then it chipped some more, then I superglued my finger to part of it and tore off *more* paint, then finally it was painted and being based... So I stuck it in front of a heater to dry the superglue quickly without leaving a fume residue and of course, forgot about it. It was attached to the base by one plastic leg which bent in the heat. I managed to fix that, but in the process the superglue left a great big haze over half of it (too nervous to use the heater again, no fan). Fortunately that stuff washes off, as I was nearly at the stage of throwing the damned thing across the room

The only other thing that was really a pain was an Archaon mini I christened with some blood - dropped it, caught it, and wore a couple of spikes in my hand. Suppose it made sense for the mini .

Actually I was going through some things the other day and ran across my first bad juju mini - the old Grenedier \"Dragons of the Emerald Idol\" - the damn thing is posed up on one leg and the wings weigh more than the rest of the figure. Needless to say the figure cracked twice - now I\'m sculpting the wings and going to melt the originals down to use in other minis or to cast as round shot for my black powder rifle.
