Banner problems

I just tried to upload a banner for my website on here, but I keep on getting this message when I hit the submit tab:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected \';\' in /home/coolmini/public_html/adinterface/CMONadvertsignup.php on line 90

Any ideas?
