Your best bet is still e-Bay. The Vorags tend to crop up from time to time. You just missed out on a Taurg the Axe auction, though, and he's a real rarity. Be prepared to pay a mint - Taurag went for something like 110 Euros plus shipping, and the Vorags have been known to top out over $100 USD.
