Barrystan (again!) vs. Tycho

If Barristan is influencing an enemy unit and your opponent uses the "Once per game" effect of Tycho Nestoris, how does Barristan interact with it?

Let's assume that Tycho's ability is being used to restore 2 wounds on the unit influenced by Barristan, and the rest on other units.

Options:
1. It does not work at all.
2. It cancels the whole effect.
3. It cancels the effect of restoring 2 wounds on the unit influenced by Barristan, but it does not cancel the effect of restoring the rest of the wounds on other units.

Thanks in advance for an official answer on this matter.

Barristan cancels the effect, full stop. You targeted the unit, that triggered Barristan. There is never a situation in the game of "only cancelling _some_ of an effect".

If you target a unit with Tycho that has Barristan on it, you're going to lose all of the effect. Do not do this.
