...I think just ONE more layer of highlighting....well, maybe ANOTHER layer....I think some of my minis might end up like that with this pattern going.

...and I would think they were joking, but as you are the man who paints all the minis he buys, I am half minded to believe you.

*EDIT* perhaps we could start a game of \'chinese painting\' as opposed to \'chinese whispers\'. We start off with a bare mini and everyone who is interested spends 15 minutes working on it, before posting it off to the next in the chain. This could end up with pretty much the same effect...:flip:

Hey I don\'t think that idea is that farfetched. I mean just imagine we had a round robin figure going around the globus, how cool would that be? Someone starts with priming it and then paints one part of it, like a glove or whatever, then puts in a box and sends it over to the next one who paints another part of it until it\'s finished and then gets posted on CMON as a joint effort mascot on the front page or something!

Then someone converts it a bit etc. It would most likely end up looking like some hideous mutant thingy and nothing like how it started off.

Just like in \'Chinese Whispers\'

I doubt anyone would want to \'feature\' it although it could end up as a good mascot in an \'Igorish\' sort of way:flip:

I love that idea......

Start with any mini, you paint something, send it on to a CMON friend. Repeat....

The only caveat would be the painter would have to take a photo of himself/herself with the mini before sending it forward....we could have a CMON yearbook with Igor as the star pupil!!

something big like a devourer where each person could paint an armour plate, do a little freehand or tattoos etc. as it goes round!

What about the person who decides to head-swap with a space marine and paint over the tattoos in Ultramarine Blue. (NOT a GW bash, just the worst things I could think of )

How do we control for that?

Do we make it a select party? Talented painters only....?

There is the cost of postage...not a big issue but.....

What happens to it at the end? We don\'t want court cases...:flip:
