Basing, metal mesh and etched brass leaves?

Where can I find the best deals on metal grill/mesh pieces (ie, a spacecraft floor) and etched brass foliage (ie, vines/leaves on a forest floor) for GW scale mini basing?

a local train supply store. i got a bunch of floor that was i believe 9x12 inches with 4 ahets for $10.

they have everything you need there. if you need to special order you can look at a train supply catalogue and get about anything you need for your minis.

the-waaagh.com also has some great ideas on using all of these materials.

I used to live in NYC. There are quite a few places around the 5 boroughs that might have what you are looking for. Manhattan has about 5 shops, just google it.
