Battle Damage

I was wondering if anyone could help me with how to paint battle damage, not major damage but near misses and burns ect like done on the Hunter Cadre article

awesome link very clear and easily explained ..go Rune....

For burns etc it\'s a case of just carefully drybrushing scorched brown and black mixes...
Go very easy and only do light strokes.start at the edge of the surface and a quick light flick towards the centre will do the trick..
Practise any new technique on a tester model ....
