If you are interested if there are any painting related events in Poland, you may care to check our report on Bazyliszek 2006, which took place in Warsaw. It was a very nice miniatures-related convention, with tournaments, painting competition, opportunity of painting together and what's the most important thing of these all - meeting fellow hobbyists, sharing experience, giving and receiving some advice, talking.... Something which isn't common here...
