that really is nice work, smooth blending and good color choices. 9 from me

on question, the head of his hammer/scepter thing has a cross shaded into it, what was the plan there? It catches the eye.

Smooth job, great bledning! I especially like the stomach area... nice work with the grey. I think it needs some more shading overall though.

Thanks for the nice comments everyone. I can\'t say I had anything in particular in mind when I did the cross pattern NMM on the hammer/scepter (I don\'t know what to call it either). I have a hard enough time with the glare pattern on swords. As the Hammer is effectively a cube you\'re almost always seeing more than one side of it, and I wasn\'t quite sure the best way to do NMM on something where you can see three different planes meet. This was the best solution I could come up with.

The only thing stopping me giving a 10 is the lack of tonal variation over the figure.
The colours and blending are superb.
