The idea is cool but I think you should improve the water effect.
Maybe adding some depth or building the sides of the stream with lilttle stones.
When you have done more work we all would like to see the progress.

nothing is finishted on the base , the water is just a test ( I will create a \"swamp\" after other test ) , it will have a lot of leave on the tree and on the floor , a lot of other natural details

Excellent work!

I have a few questions. I have been struggling with making display bases... how did you make the tree? Is it a wireframe tree? And the leaves... I have same that same leaves before. Where do they come from?

this is natural roots , the leave are made with natural things too , they are made with birch seed

Natural roots? I never thought of that.

What do you use to glue the leaves to the tree? And how do you get the roots to hold their shape? Just dry them out?

Again, excellent job!!

hang them upside down for a few days to dry them out. as for attaching the \"leaves\" super glue should work

Wow, that base is incredible! That is going to be a sweet diorama. I especially love the tree!

I\'ve been wondering, how big are Ilyad minis compared to GW minis?
