Ben Affleck as Capt Kirk ?!

Last week, we discussed the latest Star Trek film. I made a sick joke about Matt Damon and Ben Affleck as Kirk/Spock.

Seems there may be a grain of truth to it after all. www.cinescape.com reported it today. Just a rumor at this point, but horrifying none the less.
If Affleck is hired.. then Hell has frozen over, and Apocalypse is near.

Dont know - but I updated my original with an interview with the propsed director where he said that Spock and Kirk would not be the primary characters.

Still got to be better than Nemisis - or the Quest for a 60 watt light bulb.

The even numbered ones are much better than the odd numbered ones generally.

No not really Beowulf, not really. I would agree with Vince about 2 being the best of the bunch. I think the even odd theory only holds up for a couple of movies then they all just go down the toilet.
