Benjen vs. Robb Stark's Hit and Run

Is Benjen Stark's version of Hit and Run meant to have the same requirement that Robb's was, where it requires you to begin the Turn engaged with the Defender to be able to Retreat? Seems like a misprint or oversight.

all Night Watch cards/units powerful than others

Why only Hit and Run distrubs you?

If you compare the 4 versions of Assault Orders out there, they are all slightly different, most significantly in that two of them are restricted to melee attacks and two are not. So it does surprise not me anymore that cards with the same names do different (but similar) things.

That's cool, those should probably be changed then.
