Best Avatar of War mini\'s?

Hi everyone,

I want to buy some mini\'s from Felix Paniagua\'s range AoW.
However, I don\'t want to spend a lot of €\'s before I tried some out...

And here is where the problem starts:

I can\'t choose 2 out of 4!
Which would / did you choose ( see them at http://avatars-of-war.com/web2mail/web2mail.php )

Please post a reply why ( and can someone maybe tell me in how many parts do they come? )

It really depends on what you want to paint or which models you like the best...but personally I would choose a greenskin and either the dwarf or elf for variety.

Well, that\'s simple but also difficult:

I like to paint everything and I like them all!

Hehe....ok...buy the elf and the goblin then....or maybe the shaman and the dwarf? Have you maybe even thought of the elf and the dwarf?...Or maybe...ok, I\'ll stop winding you up now...

My personal preference would be the gobbo and the dwarf...I\'ll vote now

Buy them all. They are all excellent figures and you will not be disappointed with them

Eventually, I\'ll buy them all. Anyone seen the W.I.P Orc Hero? That\'s an amazing one...

I could also wait till the Orc Hero comes out....

AAH this is making me mad!

However, I\'m thing now: wait for the Orc Hero, buy it together with the Elf ( or Dwarf...or Goblin....or Orc Shaman....)

So far I own: 2 Dwarf Slayers
2 Orc Shamans

Waiting for 2 Goblin Shamans on their way ( Nice!!! )

In the future I will order 2 Orc Warboss\'s

Reason for having two of each....

- If I get a bad cast, I will go postal cause the Euro and the wait. 2 minis ensures that I have a clean example to paint

- Just in case a client wants a comission

- their FREAKIN SWEET!!!!!

Im holding off on the Elf, never had much luck Selling High Elves even though their so pretty.

If I was more patient I could save some money on the S&H but I dont mind supporting a small Businessman.

My favorite so far is the Orc Warboss & Goblin Hero, both Just look killer.

If your gonna paint em & sell em, I think the Orcs & Goblins are the most viable.

Too mini Slayers out there selling for nickles and dimes & The elf is a hard sell.

Does the orc head comes loose with the Dwarf hero? And do all mini\'s come with the square bases?

Of those 4 definitely the goblin hero would be most fun to paint.
Elf might have best resale opportunity.

Or hold out for the Ork as he\'s the best of the 5.

The elf is the prettiest of the four on the list. It\'s also the trickiest to assemble, so I\'d go for the goblin to begin with. But, my favourite is actually the new orc hero.

The orc head is not a separate piece on the dwarf hero, BTW. And yes, all minis come on square bases.

persoanally i\'m hanging on until the Dark Elf Champ is available and getting the lot, for now the Orc Shaman and the new Orc Warboss are tops

afte LONg thinking, I\'ve deceided to order the elf Hero and the Orc Shaman. I think those 2 contrast nicely so I\'ll have a good idea of how the mini\'s are.

Why is the Elf hard to assemble?
