best conversion idea ever?

what has your best idea been for a conversion? mine is easily my new daemon prince!:innocent:

So far, my conversion experience is pretty limited to a couple of arm swaps (the Shagrat in my gallery being the first). I\'ve had plenty of ideas and have been slowly building a supply of extra bits and greenstuff so maybe I\'ll get around to trying some out this year

my DP is going to be made out of various =I= parts, to look like a heavily mutated arbite judge.

I\'m gonna try and recreate the Thunderchild from War of the Worlds. Just need to get my hands on a C19th Ironclad and a martian tripod and try my hand at water effects.

Trying to pick a Best idea is just about impossible as I have a million and one kicking around imy head at all times...
coming soon is some of my favourite work for slaaneshi characters in my ever expanding chaos army.

Went to see Eragon the other day and now I\'m hooked on doing a conversion of that Shadow/Smoke Bat thingy as a Zombie dragon proxy for a master Necromancer...

That\'d be like saying which is your favorite child. All my armies are heavily converted so it would be hard to pick one. I suppose my Hunter that went to the regionals in the OZ GD but also I love all my ogre conversions so I cant really pick one can I??
