Best miniature to buy and convert for the Srinshee (image inside)

i know will need some conversion (the hair for example), but any idea for a good figure to start with, for this D&D character:

look through the reaper and darksword minis. Reaper has about 2 that looks really close and a few that are close, but not quite.
and there is at least 1 smaller company, that did a similar.

for bigger scales: andrea minis has a similar, as is scale75 now.
