Big Problems with Custom in Germany.

Customs in Germany does not hand it over to me. They want a detailed Invoice. They do not accept the CKPM print out as invoice.

Had some hard discussions. With them.

I do not want to pay another 30% (of Tax and Custom) of the pledged amount. (30% of 195$ = 60$). Also with the knowledge that I will pay for something I will receive next year (Package 2), and have the risk to pay again for Package two......

Anybody any Ideas???

I already contacted CoolMiniOrNot.

simply say, there there is no detailed invoice ? that's the best I could think of right now.

Then again, I got the Zombicide this friday and altough I saw, that it was inspected by the customs, but I didn't have to pay anything for it. (package came to Darmstadt).

Yes then you had luck.

For me the Custom holds it back. I was there this morning and they want a detailed Invoice which I do not have. The CKPM print out they do not accept. So I still do not have my ZOMBICIDE ;-((((

The Problem is that I pledged 195$ for all additional figures (also the ones coming next year) and the whole content. If I show that , they will request tax and custom for the total of 195$ .

So far no Problem, but due to the fact that I will get some content next Year (all the additional figures and Zombie Versions) they will request money again next year. But I would have already payed this amount now. But easy to say the Customs in FFM-Höchst are as dumb as they can be.... And they will not understand that, so that is my dilemma;-(((

The invoice in the external plastic pocket on my delivery was exactly the same as the .pdf supplied by CMON. Don't know how you are going to get anything different.

I was at the German customs today to get my copy. Yes, in Germany, the invoice from Cmon is not sufficient and they requested a detailed bill.
When I asked the lady about the stuff which will be delivered next year (additional figures), she offered to remove the amount of money from the actual bill and noted that in the custom-documents. She told me I should bring this document next year when the rest arrives and then I just have to pay for that. And I also had the option paying everything now and showing that dacument next year.
So your custom officer should be able to offer you the same.
